And you get a very capable device that can be used for future projects , like installing a 32gb micro sd card on it a ton of roms. Thinner cables, active cables and cables with higher certifications cost much more.
Solved for the cost of an old phone ( less than 50 on ebay im sure ) and a mini hdmi to real hdmi cable.
